SHIPPING POLICY

Each blanket is made to order in the USA. Most orders arrive within 6–8 days of placing your order. Some coast-to-coast deliveries may take up to 12 days depending on destination and carrier routing.

Shipping Availability
We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping Rates
We offer free shipping within the contiguous U.S.
Alaska and Hawaii ship at a flat rate of $15.

Please note: free shipping for contiguous U.S. orders is applied automatically after you enter your shipping address at checkout.

Order Processing
Orders are made to order and typically begin processing shortly after they are placed. Most orders are fulfilled within a few business days before shipment.

Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once an order has entered production or shipment processing.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@heritageloomco.com and include your order number along with photos if applicable. We will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.
